Episode 3 Highlights:
- We have certain beliefs about ourselves. How smart we are, how talented we are, how creative we are. The way we behave socially. How lovable we are. We have a concept of what we can and can’t do.
- These beliefs have created the life we are living right now.
- We are shaping our personalities from the very early age. Our childhood traumas are becoming our feeling and acting patterns. We create stories about who we are based on our past experiences and our brain always want to validate these stories are right.
- Not only we believe in the ‘’I am a certain type of person’’ story, we train our environment, our friends, family, and colleagues that we possess those personality traits.
- What if the belief about how is your personality is just a belief covering up your true self and preventing it from shining out, from living the life it was destined to live?
