Limiting beliefs, fears and NY resolutions

  • We are born with only 2 fears – fear of falling and loud noises. All other fears we pick up along the way
  • Fear of public speaking is greater than the fear of death
  • Your subconscious brain will always want to prove that your fears and limiting beliefs are valid
  • You will always have fears. They are part of your human design. There is no such thing as being ”fearless”, the aim is ”to fear less”
  • Choose what are your new beliefs and start making actions in line with them. The more you act the faster your brain will start accepting your new beliefs
  • Your mind will want to drop your NY resolutions in order to keep you where you are right now. Stay aware
  • You need at least 30 days to break down your old habits and develop new ones
  • Having accountability partner will help you tremendously to stay committed to your NY resolutions
  • Urgency can become a turning point in helping you to change your beliefs
