Meditation Facing your Fears

We are all experiencing fears in life, which create lots of unease and tension.

Our habitual response is to run away from them, distract ourselves or ignore them…but no matter what we do they keep on coming back again and again until we face them.

Your fears are not you, they do not belong to you! They are just the reminders, the messengers.

Every feeling of fear, anxiety, worry, tension can’t be bypassed but needs to be faced if we want to be free. They are messengers from your soul, which is always pulling you up and trying to encourage you to create the best experiences for you in life.
